Very happy with my contact today. I went to the store on the recommendation of a friend who advised they do repairs. I took an knapsack whose double zipper had gone for a dump. I gave it to the clerk who went to the rear for a few minutes. When she returned my bag was fixed for no charge. Many thanks for the help!

This place is clean and staff is nice. There wasn’t problem with anything, everything was solved quickly. They have their own parking which is plus, but if you don’t have a car and you are from Toronto it’s a bit problem to get there, you need to use several connections to come here.

I called Samsonite for warranty work and I was referred to this approved repair shop. Regardless if your luggage repair is under warranty or not you'll be charged $30 for the repair as I was told by the sales lady. They also will not sell you the parts so you can dyi. $30 repair on a $60 luggage is outrageous. More trash for the landfill...forget reuse and reduce!

I have no hesitation in recommending EVEX for your luggage repairs. I was reluctant to try them after reading some negative reviews, however, after searching in vain for a comparable alternative who could do the job that I needed for a reasonable price (another business quoted me 3.5 times what EVEX quoted). I decided to give them a try. I am so happy that I did. The service and result was above and beyond all expectations. I needed a slider changed on an older piece of luggage that I love and that cannot be replaced as they are not made any more. The gentleman who served me noted that he was unsure if he could find a replacement slider for this style of luggage. He went to the back and 7 minutes later came back out with the exact replacement slider that I needed, installed and ready to go. When I asked how much I owed him, he refused to take any money despite my insistence. I left with such a positive experience. I will definitely return to EVEX for all of my luggage repair needs.

I had the best experience here. Wonderful staff helped me out with quick service even though the airline had me jump through hoops for a simple repair. I’m forever grateful to a wonderful lady that works here. If you’re looking for a professional repair service, this is the place.

Great customer service, literally it took them 3 minutes to fix my Samsonite wheel and do the warranty claim. One of the most efficient services I have ever experienced.
